Physical Therapist Assistant

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality patient care and assist in the implementation of treatment plans. Duties:
- Assist in evaluating and assessing patients' conditions and needs
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas

Skills:
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Experience in outpatient setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
