- Hours: 40hrs
- Shift: Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation; eve/night rotation as needed; 8:00am-4:30pm
- Travel: This is a home care position. Will require driving
We are searching for a Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services directed towards preventing disability, relieving pain, developing, improving or restoring motor function and maintaining maximum physical, emotional, social and mental performance within the patient’s capabilities.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database, and electronic records programs is preferred.
- One (1) year of experience is required.
- Home care experience is preferred
- MA Physical Therapist license is required at time of hire. May be required to obtain RI license.
