Physical Therapist (PT) Qualification and Skills:
- Masters or doctorate in physical therapy.
- New York State Physical Therapy license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must be able to Multitask and build a good rapport with patients.
Physical Therapist (PT) responsibilities and duties:
- Preparing a written plan of care based on evaluation findings, in a timely matter.
- Diagnosing and treating patients of all conditions.
- Documenting functional outcome tools as required by payors.
- Supervising the implementation of each plan of care and coordinating care with support staff.
- Help foster a professional environment that is a friendly and welcoming one to all.
- Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient's satisfaction.
