- Education: completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensure: an active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license from any U.S. State or Territory
- Experience: 2 years acute hospital inpatient/outpatient
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p; floating position to provide assistance at satellite clinic in Sanders, Arizona when needed
