Physical Therapist (PT) for Early Intervention responsibilities include:
* Conduct assessments.
* Develop and implement a plan of care for clients.
* Re-evaluate client progress.
* Communicate with members of the client's multi-disciplinary team.
* Develop weekly schedule with client's family.
