Balanced Physical Therapy is seeking a flexible, full time(prefer) or part time, passionate PT in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Our team includes experienced manual PT’s, pelvic floor (men and women) therapists, orthopedic, neurologic and vestibular specialists. Our patient population spans the range of adolescents to geriatrics and wheelchair bound patients to athletes. We also specialize in Pilates rehab and dynamic running biomechanical gait analysis/review.
We are looking for an advocate of our great profession who is an experienced therapist or a well-trained graduate. Our focus is on providing individualized evaluations and treatment plans based on the goals that we set with each patient, as compared to following a protocol. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs
- Work directly 1:1 with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery. We do not have PT aides in our office
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care. We have an Occupational Therapist and a Massage Therapist.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited PT program.
- Washington State, Compact license or eligible for one.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. We utilize Clinicient for our EHR
- Strong leadership qualities
