Hiring Physical Therapist!!!
An amazing team is hiring a PT to join their growing team.
Hours and Shifts:
M-F, some rotating weekends but it is split up with the other therapists. FTE PT and PT assistant for example.
Weekends are 3 hours shifts, not a full day. 15% shift differential
8am-5pm, with one or two late days 10am-6pm, but not too often.
Non-exempt
PT $37/hour -$46/hour
They have a reimbursement policy for drive time.
Specific rate .47 cents per mile. Anything above 30 miles is reimbursed at .40 cents a mile, anything 45 minutes or more, is paid hourly rate and drive time.
Benefits:
2 plans for medical (high deductible, ppo) and contribute to HSA per pay period, pro rated.
Dental and Vision. 1 x annual salary, long term / short term / college choice 529 plan, PTO min is usually accrued per hours, 5.5 hours (18 days or 144 hours) – year to year they can carry up to 100 hours of PTO, to roll it over. (team lead 2nd or 3rd tier) – documents attached, don’t share but internal view. Continued education as well, after 6 months.
