Physical Therapist II - Physical Therapy

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional physical therapy including assessment treatment planning implementation and evaluation. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with patients their families and other healthcare professionals.
In keeping with the Dignity Health core values is responsible for providing physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients. Provides training and/or supervision to staff physical therapy assistants and therapy aides.
Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience; evidence of ability to function with a high degree of independence and competence
