Temporary Physical Therapist - Home Health
Pittsfield, MA
We are looking for a temporary Physical Therapist to join our team of Home Health professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Home Health setting and be proficient in providing physical therapy services to patients of all ages.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Evaluating patients' physical impairments and functional limitations
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing hands-on therapy to patients
- Educating patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan
- Monitoring patients' progress and making adjustments to the treatment plan as needed
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- DPT from an accredited program
- A valid state license or registration as a Physical Therapist
- At least 1 year of experience working in the Home Health setting
- Strong clinical skills and judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
