We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Use modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to relieve pain and promote healing
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their conditions at home
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of MA
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of trigger point therapy, physiology, and anatomy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
