Physical Therapist - Home Care

We are now hiring a part-time or PRN Physical Therapist to work in the Home Care setting in the Franklin, WI area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience with the geriatric population. All caseload is billed under Medicare Part-B.  New grad PTs will be considered.

Flexible schedule and hours based on your needs. How many patients would you like to see each week?

Job Requirements:

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Open to all experience levels, including new grads. 
• Able to work part-time or PRN. Must be available to work 12 hours per week.
• Comfortable seeing patients in their homes.
