Physical Therapist Visits are needed for the West Valley, Scottsdale, Central Phoenix and the Anthem/Cave Creek/Carefree areas

Visits are per-diem, intermittent home visits that can be arranged to accommodate your other obligations. They are paid on a per-visit basis.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Evaluating, directing and providing Physical Therapy services to clients in the home
• Utilizing special skills in training clients to relieve pain, restore function to maximum capacity, compensate for lost functions, establish maintenance programs and promote client safety.
• Instructing clients and their families in therapeutic procedures, adaptive measures, equipment use, and preventative techniques.

Requirements:

• Current licensure/registration in the State of Arizona.
• Minimum one-year experience
• Current CPR, Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current AZ Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
