We have phenomenal PTA opportunity at one of our partner Home Health teams. The team is collaborative and patient-focused, with a flexible DOR who supports clinicians.
We are looking for PTAs who:

• are proactive about their own needs and the needs of their patients

• possess a variety of clinical competencies and the drive to continually learn and improve

Requirements for this position:

• Valid certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or equivalent in the state where services are provided.
  

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  

• Previous experience working in a Home Health setting is preferred.
  

• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, interventions, and therapeutic techniques.
  

• Ability to assist in implementing treatment plans and interventions effectively.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
  

• Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach in working with individuals of all ages.
  

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation software.
  

Pay range for this position: $35 -$41 per hour DOE with benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, etc.)
