Physical Therapist And Physical Therapist Assistant

Noyan Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Per Diem Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist assistant to be out in the field with our patients. As a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist assistant, you will be responsible for the completion of assigned visits, assessments, admissions, educating and supporting the patient. Provide timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care.

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
