Quality Assurance Tester

We are searching for a meticulous Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience with Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Database Management, EO/IR systems, HP Quality Center, and AB Testing. Responsibilities:

- Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management, issue tracking, and team collaboration.

- Identify, log, track and close bugs via Bug Tracking methods.

- Regularly use HP Quality Center for test management purposes.

- Conduct AB Testing, analyze the results, and offer improvements.

- Create, maintain, and execute test cases to test business and functional requirements.

- Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

- Handle the database by dealing with the management, performance tuning, security, and troubleshooting.

- Work with EO/IR systems for the purpose of testing and Quality Assurance.

- Designing tests to mitigate risk.

- Communicate with the team to ensure clear and coordinated bug tracking.

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.

- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira.

- Hands-on experience with Bug Tracking methodologies.

- Understanding of EO/IR systems.

- Familiarity with HP Quality Center.

- Ability to handle complex databases.

- Experience with AB Testing.

- Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
