their search for a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join their dynamic
healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy, a
valid Physical Therapy License, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Excellent Patient Care: Deliver high-quality physical therapy services with a
focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Evaluation and Care Planning: Evaluate new patients, develop comprehensive plans of
care, and set measurable, functional goals.
Treatment and Education: Administer physical therapy treatments, educate patients on
treatment options, and provide guidance on home exercises.
Supervision and Monitoring: Supervise support staff and consistently monitor patient
progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
Pain Management: Address pain management as an integral component of patient care,
utilizing evidence-based techniques.
Discharge Planning: Determine appropriate discharge times and educate patients on
proper mechanics and strategies for continued well-being.

Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient assessments,
progress, and treatment plans.
Productivity: Achieve a reasonable level of productivity while maintaining the highest
standards of patient care.
Research and Development: Actively participate in research studies, contribute to
protocol development, and stay informed about the latest advancements in the field.
Policy and Strategy: Provide input on the development of policies, procedures, and
overall strategy to enhance the effectiveness of the physical therapy department.
Patient Feedback: Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally,
striving to continuously improve the patient experience.
Continuing Education: Commit to ongoing skills development by staying updated on the
latest research, techniques, and participating in continuing education opportunities.
