What you can expect

This role plans and directs Physical Security operational initiatives at Zoom Headquarters. It implements and deploys strategic and tactical risk reduction standards, procedures, and other security initiatives to protect business operations.

About the Team:

The Physical Security team safeguards physical assets, facilities, and personnel against unauthorised access, theft, or harm. They employ measures such as surveillance, access control, and perimeter security to maintain the integrity of the physical environment at Zoom Headquarters.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing security protocols to protect the organisation's assets and employees.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in public safety/security, intelligence

Experience in recruiting, hiring, and leading high-performing team members

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
