Job Description:
- Wellness Park, Opening January 2025! the NEW BVHS musculoskeletal facility with Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Endocrinology/Diabetes Management, Rheumatology, as well as Family Medicine and Pediatrics.
- General PM&R with ability to build and scale the practice and specialize
- Musculoskeletal/spine evaluation and treatment
- EMG/NCS and interventional procedures, medical management, peripheral nerve and joint injections
- Spasticity management, prosthetics, ABI, electrodiagnostic evaluations and ultrasound guided procedures
- Collaboration with psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery
- Hospitalists available for consults
- Primarily outpatient (90%) with inpatient consults (10%)
- Practice and team dedicated to supporting you
- Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations
- Time with patients who respect your care
- Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay
- Leadership who are invested and seek your input
- Strong and available subspecialty support

Compensation and Benefits:

About Blanchard Valley Health System:
The new campus will be named Wellness Park. The investment in primary care will bring rheumatology, endocrinology/diabetes, orthopedics, podiatry, imaging, an outpatient lab, and both adult and pediatric rehabilitation (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech, etc.) to the north side of Findlay.
