We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PV Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of our PV solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project execution, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
You'll collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project completion. The Commercial Project Manager is expected to adhere to our established SLAs, effectively managing numerous tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Supervisory Responsibilities:The Photovoltaics Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for supervising project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure the successful execution of PV solar projects. Duties/Responsibilities:
· Comprehend and manage contractual and subcontractors’ agreements.
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of Documents, General Contract, and Subcontracts applicable to all projects.
· Negotiate, draft, and review contracts, agreements, and terms with parties involved.
· Proficiency in managing budgets and handling deviations, along with familiarity in utilizing planning and scheduling tools like PERT or GANTT charts
· Create, communicate, and execute the Master Project Schedule while maintaining implementations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
· Take on the role of the primary point-of-contact for customers/clients throughout each project, overseeing the commercial aspects of PV solar projects from initiation to completion.
· Managing the permitting process for all projects.
· Ensure project adherence to regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
· Conduct routine updates with job superintendents and subcontractors to assess project advancement.
· Provide regular scheduled project updates, reports, and presentations to management.
· Efficiently manage records and databases while delivering necessary progress reports and status updates to clients and management when needed.
· Monitor project expenses, revenue, and profitability to meet financial targets.
· Conduct effective project closure and transition to customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
