We're looking for a Photo Booth Business Ambassador to join our team and help us spread the joy of our Photo Booth services along with developing new skills.

Position Overview:

As a Photo Booth Business Ambassador, you will be the face of GC Photo Booth, working directly with clients to provide an exceptional and memorable Photo Booth and event experience. Your role will involve not only operating our state-of-the-art Photo Booths but also engaging with clients, promoting our services, and ensuring each event is a success. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of our business. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and client-focused professional who will leverage their experience and industry knowledge to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, foster client relationships, execute beyond our standards, and contribute to the ongoing success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain our Photo Booth equipment at various events, ensuring a seamless and fun experience for clients and their guests.
• Interact with event attendees, encourage participation, and provide guidance on using the Photo Booth.
• Promote and represent GC Photo Booth professionally, sharing information about our services and encouraging bookings at events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other vendors to secure long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of events and exceed client expectations.
• Set up and dismantle equipment at event locations as needed.
• Handle on-site troubleshooting and technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns from clients during events.
• Collect event feedback and submit report on performance evaluation.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our services and brand
• Capture and create high-quality photo and Video activations memories for clients and guests.
• Dress professionally and hold a high standard.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the working world. Experience in business development, Photography, Videography, DJ, Lighting, or event management in the event industry is a PLUS.
• A passion for people, photography, events, and creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
• A solid network of contacts and an appreciation of the event industry that includes Photo Booth, Photography, Videography, DJ & more.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate the unique value our company offers.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot Photo Booth and software equipment.
• High attention to detail to ensure the quality of photos and guest experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun), depending on event schedules.
• A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.

Pay Structure

• During the training period, the compensation will commence at $17 per hour.
• Upon successful completion of training, the hourly rate will range from $20 to $25, based on the candidate's Demonstrated Occupational Expertise (DOE).
• Following a specified number of successfully executed events and consistent performance that surpasses our established benchmarks, there will be opportunities for incremental wage increases, potentially exceeding $30 per hour.
• In addition to the base compensation, there will be performance-based incentives and bonuses linked to client satisfaction. Exceptional performers will also be considered for advancement into leadership roles within the organization.
