Job Summary
Develop and grow relationships with direct consumers, dealers, and store personnel by investigating their needs, then engaging and educating them about available products and marketing tools to meet those needs.
The right candidate must have professional phone etiquette; feel comfortable with outbound and incoming calls, type 45 wpm and intermediate computer skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Educate customers and dealers about the benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
- Generate new and repeated sales
- Prepare quotes for both customers and dealers
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, and offering promotional sale items
- Maintain and manage customer accounts through internal CRM
- Plan and schedule follow-up and maintenance calls
- Answer customer inquiries
- Manage time effectively to meet goals and work effectively
- Communicate with customers and dealers through both verbal and written communication.

Job Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of Phone Sales or related work
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Typing: 45 wpm
- 10- Key skills
- Nutritional and supplement knowledge, highly desired.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required

Wages: $17.00 (BOE) plus commission
