We have an outstanding career opportunity available, as we're looking for the "right person" to serve as our full-timeInside Sales & Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and building strong customer relationships within the electronics industry. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to demonstrate and develop your expertise in sales, customer relationship management, and technical product knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting company sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and distributors, promoting our manufacturer's products, assisting with data entry, and supporting sales company-wide.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support Sales Team: Collaborate with the external sales team to coordinate sales activities, provide assistance, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Support company sales growth by following leads and qualifying prospects with Business Development Managers.Work with manufacturers to fulfill sample requests, obtain quotes, and answer questions for the customer. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing concerns effectively.Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and working on upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Product Knowledge:Develop a general understanding of our portfolio and manufacturer's websites and resources. Stay up to date with industry advancements, trends, and competitor offerings.Provide customers with technical advice and guidance, recommending suitable solutions based on their requirements.

Sales Administration & Reporting:Maintain accurate customer records, meticulously tracking sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team and management to formulate strategies that align with sales goals and objectives.

Marketing & Event Support: Support the Marketing Manager with sending out e-mail blasts. Monitor and engage on the company's LinkedIn profile. Assist with planning, implementing, and working company events and trade shows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Inside Sales, ideally within the electronics or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and CRM systems for data management and organization.
  • Strong research skills to identify potential clients.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
