We are a rapidly growing law practice in Maryland that seeks to add a Solo/Small Firm in Pennsylvania to help boost our regional presence.
We're looking for a Solo/Small Firm that wants to merge with a larger practice in order to offload the administrative headaches of running a business in order to focus on earning more, working less, and living a richer life.
Candidates must be humble, hungry, and smart. Compensation includes a base salary and bonuses based on production and origination.
Currently, our firm practices business law, criminal defense, civil litigation, estate planning, family law, and personal injury. We're looking for a firm that either complements these practice areas or brings a new practice to our business.
We have a vision to grow a large law firm, but not in the traditional sense. We see ourselves as a personal and professional development company that happens to practice law. We want to help our employees use the business to achieve their dreams and goals.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Advise and assist clients with legal issues
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
- The minimum billing requirement is 1560 hours/year.
