Phone Operator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Promptly, professionally, and politely answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
• Take and relay messages.
• Provide information to callers.
• Promptly, professionally, and politely greet persons entering organization.
• Direct persons to correct destination.
• Tidy and maintain the reception area.
