We are looking for a Contact Center Representative responsible for providing a broad range of credit union services to members via incoming telephone calls and chat.
Your specific duties will include:
- Prepare and process transaction requests received by telephone such as withdrawals, transfers, and closing/opening of secondary share accounts, such as checking, holiday, certificates, etc.
- Respond to member inquiries and requests such as duplicate statements/copies of checks, payment/deposit research, mailing out brochures, forms, and other various letters.
- Assist with general Credit Union information relating to savings rates, loan rates, Visa, check accounts, etc.
- Provide superior and quality Member Service with ongoing efficient and accurate transaction/DocuSign processing.
- Understand and adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, safety practices, and security measures relating to one's work.
- Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, members, and potential members.
- 1 year or more in a call center banking/credit union environment
- Customer service orientated
- A good understanding of teller and operations regulations and Credit Union's products and services is required, as well as the ability to use standard office equipment.
- Symitar experience would be a plus
