Duties:
- Extracting blood samples from patients using safe and sanitary medical procedures.
- Labeling and transporting the extracted samples efficiently for different lab tests.
- Ensuring proper patient identification to prevent any medical errors.
- Maintaining and updating patient records consistently and accurately.
- Accurately recording the collection information in the laboratory IT system.
- Providing empathetic care to patients, ensuring comfort and ease during the procedure.
- Cleaning and sterilizing medical instruments and workspace.
- Collaborating effectively with our medical team to ensure excellent patient care and customer service.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
- Ability to work different shifts and on-call duties as needed.
- A patient-focused attitude and exceptional bedside manners.
