Job Description:

As our Phlebotomist, you'll play a crucial role in our patient care journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing venipuncture to collect blood specimens
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety during the blood draw process
• Labeling and organizing specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintaining strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Collaborating with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient experiences

Requirements:

• Certification as a Phlebotomist with 5 years experience
• Experience with children
• Strong venipuncture skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
