- Oversee all activities and supervise Phlebotomy staff members
- Work with Phlebotomy Supervisor to ensure department is staffed and properly scheduled at all times.
- Help with payroll and corrective action of employees.
- Maintain established department policies and procedures, objectives, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Experience:
- 5 years of management experience as a Phlebotomy Supervisor
- 3 years of specialized training as a Histotech and fully proficient in all areas of Pathology
Education:
- BS in Science and/or MBA (preferred)
Certificates :
- Certification as a HT (Histotech)
Licensure:
- Active MA Phlebotomist License
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
