No prior experience is necessary – we'll provide all the training you need to excel in this rewarding career.

What to Expect:

Pay: $20.35 - $21.63 (Base pay + Mobile Premium)with advance to $22.47 possible with in first year

Schedule: Variable start/end times between 5:00 am – 11:00 pm on Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday.

Training: 10-week Monday – Thursday comprehensive training Provided – No Experience Necessary! Next Start Date: April 8th, 2024

Requirements:

• A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the community.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for customer service.
• Willingness to travel within a 300-mile radius for blood drives.
• High School or GED Required
• Valid Drivers License

After training, you will:

• Perform blood draws (PAID TRAINING PROVIDED)
• Greet blood donors and make them comfortable with the procedure, answering questions about the process as needed
• Set up and break down equipment for mobile blood drives
• Drive the company vehicle as needed
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals
• Maintain accurate records
