Title: Phlebotomist – Float/Traveling Phlebotomist

Location: Greenville, SC 29607

Duration: 0-3+ Months (Possible Extension)

Shift: 1st Shift (7:30am -5:30pm Monday-Friday)

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $50.00/Hour on W2.

Duties:

Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing following established procedures.

Interacts directly with patients, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures.

Conducts blood specimen collection with skill, safety, and accuracy, including pediatric and geriatric patients.

Directs daily activities at Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) locations.

Provides error-free work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to all policies and procedures.

Works independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating good judgment and decision-making skills.

Ensures compliance with company dress code, employee health and safety guidelines, and guiding principles.

Handles multiple priorities in high-volume settings, maintaining superior customer focus.

Communicates openly and transparently with peers, supervisors, and patients.

Embraces change and demonstrates knowledge of the company's business.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education required.

Active and valid driver license required.

Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.

Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.

Maintains flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Customer service experience in a retail or service setting preferred.

Proficiency in keyboard/data entry.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
