Duties:
- Efficiently carry out blood draws and venipunctures.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of routine tests and comply with changes in test requirements
- Assist in correct patient identification to ensure that the patients receive the correct tests
- Carefully label and track specimens to ensure precise and efficient testing
- Adhere to infection-control and safety procedures
- Promote a supportive environment for patients by explaining the process and calming their fears or anxieties against procedures
- Maintain communications with team members and other healthcare professionals to ascertain smooth workflow
- Compile with all clinic policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction
- High attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations, including OSHA
- Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision
- Eager to learn
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- 18 years old and above
- Ability to pass drug tests
- High school diploma or GED
