NTL provides state-of-the-art medical laboratory tests and related services in Midwest regions of the United States through our Central Laboratory and Processing Center.
Phlebotomist (Spanish/English) Bilingual - ADDISON IL
-Operate medical equipment to safely collect blood from patients - Clearly explain the process of drawing blood to patients and calming any patients who might be nervous about the procedure.
-Prepare Phlebotomy Colleagues schedules. Fill in for Phlebotomists as needed in a cooperative and professional manner for the wellbeing of the NTL Laboratory team.
-Answering any questions about the procedure for the patient and providing additional sources of information when needed. -Dressing the would left by the blood drawing.
-Registering the blood in our systems and storing them in the appropriate location. -Sending blood samples to the testing laboratory. -Organizing blood samples and results that are returned after testing and updating patient records.
-Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Spanish & English languages skills needed.
