Responsibilities:
- Making both inbound and outbound calls to patients, ensuring a high level of care and support.
- Processing pharmacy benefit test claims and conducting patient assessments with accuracy and empathy.
- Setting up refill prescription orders and arranging for their shipment directly to patients’ homes, using FedEx/UPS for tracking orders to completion.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with assigned patients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized care.
- Working efficiently with electronic prescriptions (eRX) and fax queues, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Collaborating with a nationwide team of Pharmacy Technicians, pharmacists, sales, and program teams to provide unparalleled support to patients.
- Must be a licensed Pharmacy Technician.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a preference for those with retail pharmacy experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Exceptional phone and patient interaction skills are mandatory. High-quality phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with patients are essential.
- CPR: Experience is preferred but not required.
