Job Position: Pharmacy Technician

Contract: 3+ Months (Contract can be extended)

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timings: M-F (8:00AM to 4:30PM) with some weekend days and evening shifts possible (8H)
• 40 Hours per week

Job Summary:

Helping to convert medication cabinets from one system to another.

Unloading med. from AcuDose to Omnicell stations.

Assists the Pharmacist in providing service to all areas of the Swedish American Health System.

Performs technical duties necessary to maintain the medication distribution system and possess the capability of learning multiple software systems.

Exemplary customer service skills including collaborative working relationships with patients, multi-disciplinary teams, and the public.

Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as Health System initiatives.

Qualification:

Lic- pharm tech

Hospital Pharmacy's technician experience.

Licensure/Certification:

Current licensure Pharmacy Technician

Note: For this position you must be fully Covid Vaccinated including booster for those eligible (5 months after last dose).

Medical/Religious exemptions must be tested weekly and be prepared to provide proof should it be requested.
