Pharmacy Technician

Since 1967, Corner Drugs has remained an independent family pharmacy located in Chatsworth, Georgia, at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. We have grown from a small neighborhood drugstore to a modern pharmacy offering a multitude of services, including compounding (vet, children, hormone, etc.), workers’ comp billing, online prescription refills, vaccinations, health and wellness assessments, COVID-19 vaccines, delivery, pill packaging (“Corner Packs”) plus much more. Pharmacy Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Assist the pharmacist in every step of the prescription filling process

Display professionalism when interacting with patients in person and on the phone

Assist customers in obtaining medication and information regarding prescriptions

Putting up stock

Data entry of patient and prescription information

Operating cash register

Maintain accurate pharmacy records

Maintain inventory levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Chatsworth, GA 30705: Relocate before starting work (Required)
