Reports To: Pharmacist in Charge
Location:Coler Healthcare, Long Term CarePharmacy
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming callsand route to proper destination
- Communicate andinteract with pharmacists
- Packs, pulls,compounds, and bins pharmacy orders
- Data entry processingusing Framework LTC and Framework ECM
- Access varioussystems and websites for order verification
- Price quotes
- Claims processing forpayment
- Communicate withnursing facilities and family members regarding orders, charges and coverage
PackagingResponsibilities:
- Ability to pack,pull, compound, and bin pharmacy orders
- Quality assurance
- Ability to multi-task
- Help maintaininventory
- Troubleshooting
- Receive and storeincoming supplies
- Verify stock andenter data in computer to maintain inventory records
