We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team.
Looking for pharmacist with LTC (FrameWorks LTC) experience. Knowledge of LTC rules and regulations is a huge plus.

Duties:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication counseling to patients regarding proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and safety
- Conduct medication reviews and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
- Prepare sterile products, including IV infusions, following aseptic techniques
- Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and patient profiles
- Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmaceutical research and advancements
Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Current state pharmacist license in good standing
- Completion of a pharmacy residency program preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in patient care settings such as ICU, ER, or pain management is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment
