We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team as a Compression Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring pharmaceutical compression machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality tablets and pills. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Operate pharmaceutical compression machines according to established procedures and guidelines. Set up and adjust machine settings to achieve desired tablet specifications, including size, weight, and hardness. Monitor machine operation and performance to ensure consistent production of quality tablets. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery, to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot problems with equipment and make necessary adjustments or repairs to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times. Document production activities, including machine settings, batch records, and quality control data. Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to conduct in-process inspections and sampling of finished products. Assist in the training of new employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
