Primary Responsibilities
WHT Pharmacy Field Services Representative provides delivery services for Walnut Home Therapeutics including the delivery of supplies, medications and equipment to patient's homes. Also responsible for retrieval of equipment and supplies as defined by WHT.

Primary Responsibilities
WHT Pharmacy Field Services Representative provides delivery services for Walnut Home Therapeutics including the delivery of supplies, medications and equipment to patient's homes. Also responsible for retrieval of equipment and supplies as defined by WHT.
- Responsible to properly store and segregate all items during transit.
- Responsible to confirm proper verification of the right patient/right order upon each delivery.
- Responsible to maintain appropriate delivery verification processes.
- Contributes to departmental Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities. Participation based on need/project - max of 2% of time.
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the iSCORE values of Jefferson.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school Diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Minimum 2 Years Clean Driving Record
