We hate to call it a job because what we do is so much fun and very rewarding! While we take the care of pets seriously, it is a fun way to earn part-time supplemental income. Bone-A-Fide Pet Care takes great pride in being one of the longest-serving professional pet sitting and dog walking companies in Raleigh!

Our Openings:

We have immediate openings in the 27608, 27609, 27612, 27613 and 27615 zip codes! We are accepting applicants with the following availability:

• Mornings: Visit pets between 7-8am (possibly one or two visits) before work Mon-Fri.
• Dinner and Early Evening: Visit between 4-6pm and/or 8-9:30pm after work Mon-Fri
• Weekends: Weekend visits as needed and about every other weekend. Visit usually occur between 7-10am, 11am-2:30pm and 4-9:30pm.
• Other: If you have greater flexibility to work, let us know. The more availability you have, the great the income you can make!

Our Compensation:

We strongly believe our caregivers are a very important and integral part of our company and the professionals who engage most frequently with our clients. Because of the important role you play, we believe in compensating you well and treating you with respect.

Depending on your availability and number of visits you'd like to do, you can earn anywhere from $250 to 700+ a month depending on care giver availability and individual client needs. Our compensation is between $16-$21+ an hour. We are one of the few if not only companies in Raleigh that provides milestone compensation increases.

In addition, many clients provide a gratuity, and 100% of this goes to our caregivers.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Must live in or within 6 miles of one of these service areas: 27608, 27609, 27612, 27613 and 27615. This job is not suitable for commuting and we are not able to make exceptions.
• Extremely reliable (pets are depending on you!), honest, trustworthy, and compassionate with a strong work ethic and genuine love and concern for animal well-being.
• Excellent time management skills for on time visit arrivals and detail-oriented to precisely follow client instructions. Have a natural drive to go the extra mile and providefirst-class service.
• Experience in the last 5 years with dogs, whether volunteer, professional, or with personal pets with a positive attitude and desire to learn. Cat experience is a plus.
• Be 21 yrs or older
• Must have own a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Must have a smart phone to use our pet sitting app
• Mustbe able to pass a background and DMV check
• Able to make a minimum 12 month commitment
• Have a good sense of humor always a plus!
