We are looking for Seasonal Spray Technicians to serve the following areas: Charlotte, Brighton, Lansing, and Grand Rapids.
Bullseye Pest Defense Technicians treat customer’s properties according to Bullseye Pest Defense policies and procedures. We are looking for detail oriented; hardworking individuals who strive to give great customer service. Spray technicians, will work 30-35 hours a week throughout the summer (May-September) to spray for mosquitos, and provide complete home defense insect and pest protection.
Duties
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
- Able to walk customer property while carrying equipment and in warm weather.
- Maintain chemical records according to State of Michigan requirements.
- Complete licensing requirements and training
- Visually inspects and treat for mosquitos at customer locations
- Maintain good customer relations
- Ability to market the company and promote sales
Character Traits and Skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable
- Basic Pest Control knowledge. Applicants who do not have an applicable license may undergo the licensing process during training.
- Comfortable driving to customer locations, with company vehicle
- Good customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter

Pay is based on experience, starting at $16, plus 10% commission and a bonus at the end of the season.
