Personal Trainer

Duties:

- Conduct individual fitness training sessions
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels
- Provide guidance and support to clients to ensure proper form and technique
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their training programs
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area

Experience:

- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA)
- Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is a must
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
