Personal Trainer For Keto Brand (Online)

We are looking to bring on extraordinary trainers (who love keto) to help clients achieve their goals and take our coaching program to the next level. This role is part or full time as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop fitness training and keto nutrition plans for individuals to achieve their fitness goals

• Maintain a high level of client communication and contact through email, messenger, and phone to ensure clients are happy, getting questions answered, and goals are met.

• Routinely update and manage client programs to optimally achieve client goals

• Do group and personal coaching zoom sessions and live webinars.

• Film fitness training and recipe video content as needed. Be willing to go live on social media.

• Work with the team to facilitate company growth and operations

• Work with the team to continually improve the coaching tools and user experience.

• Over deliver to maintain extremely high levels of monthly retention

• Write blog posts as needed

• Work from wherever you want. This role is 100% remote!

Basic Qualifications:

• A fitness training certification (or four-year undergraduate equivalent): NASM/ACE/NSCA/ISSA/NCSF

• Proven experience in coaching clients to achieve incredible results

• Ability to create customized meal plans for clients

• High emotional intelligence: Able to motivate the most demotivated and difficult clients

• Ability to communicate timely and effectively

• Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills

• Excellent organization skills

• Up-to-date with office apps

• Be coachable and openness to change direction if needed

• Impeachable character & honesty

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales experience

• Social Media Adept: Ability to build a brand online and acquire customers

• Experience with a CRM like HubSpot or Pipedrive

• Knowledge of fitness training apps and tools

• Advanced degree in nutrition

• Experience with tech and/or startups
