As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks.

- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Prepare and proofread documents
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Transcribe meeting notes and maintain organized files
- Utilize computer literacy skills to complete various tasks
- Support our team in various tasks
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
