• Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and update policies.
• Issue insurance documentation and update client information.
• Educate, advise, and cross sell clients.
• Maintain retention and build clientele via referrals, networking, and winbacks.

• Property & Casualty License Required. Licensing assistance provided.
• Customer service or sales experience required. Insurance experience a plus!
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Software proficiency.
• A team player who is self motivated and goal oriented.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
