We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Topeka team. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry and possess an active Kansas Property and Casualty license. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be responsible for providing quality Customer Service to clients over the phone and email. You will also be required to process policy changes, answer inquiries, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Candidates must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Depending on your experience, may make between $37,440 - $41,600 per year ($18 - $20 per hour). With added bonuses, may make up to $

Responsibilities
- Add value to the customer and business relationship by creating loyalty and trust.
- Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Reach out to clients promptly to ensure consistent communication.
- Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
- Issue insurance documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.).
Requirements
- Kansas Property and Casualty License required.
- 1+ years of experience in insurance. Willing to train.
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Basic Computer Software
- Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
- Ability to independently prioritize and organize the day
- Able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, in person, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
