Personal Injury Attorney

We represent a client in Jersey City, NJ who is looking for a Personal Injury Attorneywho is licensed in both NJ & NY.
Personal Injury Attorney Salary: $120k
Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities:

• Communicate with both NJ & NY clients
• Review discovery documents and determine the best course of action for each client in each case.
• Take, review, and administer full depositions and oral hearings of cases witnesses and experts.
• Draft Pleadings, motions, and answer to interrogatories.

Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:

• Must have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent.
• Must be licensed in NY and NJ (bar admitted)
• Must have 5 years of plaintiff’s Personal Injury experience.
• Experience with Case Management systems such as Smart Advocate
• Ability to listen clearly and manage multiple caseloads up to 140 cases.
