Personal Care Attendant - Bilingual Korean Required

Here's what you'll do:

Engage warmly with our participants and their families/caregivers, always spreading a touch of positivity and understanding.

Offer Personal Care with a gentle touch, ensuring our participants are comfortable, and accompany them like the trusted friend you'll become.

Collaborate seamlessly with the Interdisciplinary Care Team (IDT). Your keen observations help ensure that any changes in our participants' conditions are swiftly addressed.

Participate in uplifting social activities. While health is paramount, a smile or shared moment can be the best medicine. Let's create an environment where care meets compassion.

Requirements Include:

• Bilingual Korean Required

• Requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home health Aide (HHA)

• Passion and mission orientation for serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults

• Experience as a Personal Care Attendant or certified nursing assistant

• Experience with the frail and elderly population

• CPR and First Aid certification (within 60 days of employment)

• Flexibility to perform role in the home on an as needed basis

• Bilingual Korean is Required

• Proof of a valid CA driver's license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by State law
