Personal Care Attendant

As a Personal Care Attendant you will assist families seeking support with autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing care in-home, at a support center or in the community.  

Your goal will be to provide assistance and compassionate care to individuals whose behaviors can range from mild to challenging.

We are currently offering 15 hours-20 hours a week.

• Monday- Friday between the hours of 2:00pm-9:00pm.
• Weekend opportunities available.

When you join 360 Behavioral Health Support Services as a Personal Care Attendant, here is what you qualify for:

What Our Ideal Partner Looks Like

• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED 
• Nice to have- previous exposure to working individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities; or similar experience (i.e. respite, daycare, tutoring, and attendant care services)
• Empathy and compassion towards the families we support
• Maintains professional demeanor, boundaries, and composure
• Demonstrates effective communication, and shows ability to implement existing behavioral plans
• Implement outlined plans to achieve desired goals
• Ability to connect with clients and families by adapting to their specific needs
• Be comfortable working in clients’ homes

• Work in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the patient’s natural environment, which may include being outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (e.g., community skills, recess in a school setting, etc.)
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. while assisting patients

Other Must Haves

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
• Reliable Transportation
• Successfully complete LiveScan background check, employment verification and TB screening
