Living Enhancement Assistants, also known as Caregivers, Personal Attendants, Homemakers, or Companions, are dedicated to enhancing the personal independence and meaningful lives of our clients. They work in various settings, from clients' homes to care facilities, ensuring clients enjoy warmth, independence, and comfort. Shifts vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate diverse client needs.
Your Unique Journey as a Living Enhancement Assistant/Personal Care Assistant
Every client is unique, and so is every caregiving job. As a Living Enhancement Assistant, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following;

• Personal care: Assisting with bathing, grooming, and more
• Meal preparation: Ensuring proper nutrition
• Light housekeeping: Keeping homes clean and comfortable
• Medication supervision: Ensuring timely administration
• Client mobility: Helping with walkers, wheelchairs, and transfers
• Record keeping: Documenting vital signs and observations
• Companionship: Providing comfort and conversation
• Crisis management: Maintaining a positive and calm approach

What We're Looking For

• High school graduate or G.E.D certificate (Preferred, not required)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Independent decision-making and initiative
• Familiarity with healthcare standards and safety
• Understanding of confidentiality and best practices
• Empathy, caring, and self-confidence
• Attention to detail and thorough follow-through
• Dependability
• Oral communication
